– Add probiotic foods to your meals like kefir, fermented products, kimchi, and greek yogurt;


– Drink water: The human body is composed of 60% to 70%  water. Remaining hydrated is critical because it replenishes the body’s cells, organs, and tissues with nutrients and oxygen;

– Exercise is a pillar for maintaining a healthy life; it also activates the body’s most vital muscle, the heart. Physical activity will also increase circulation assisting the immune system;


– Relaxation techniques and adequate rest are desirable. Breathing techniques are quick and useful ways to reduce stress, decrease anxiety and relieve muscle tension. Here are a few nighttime tips: refrain from caffeinated beverages in the evenings and opt for a calming herbal tea, journal, pray and eliminate devices at bedtime. Resting will allow the body to recover and aid the immune system.
