What type of vitamins should we be taking daily to ensure that our organs are in tip-top shape?

 You want to take essentially a good B vitamin, the ones with magnesium and calcium. These are not for your bones; these are just really for the organelle tissues to open up and close efficiently because you have different calcium magnesium pumps that allow the muscles to work efficiently. Then I tell individuals [to take] essential fatty acids, like fish oils, hemp oils and things of that sort, and that’s also part of the hydration process to make sure that your organs are now having these fatty acids.


What are the top things we can do to keep our bodies healthy and functioning well?

Firstly, make sure you hydrate efficiently. If you’re a little bit deficient, it won’t work efficiently. Make sure you have in the oven electrolytes and also rest. When you rest properly, you give your body a chance to relax and rest. The cortisol that is a stress hormone that would not be produced as much, it’s gonna allow your body to repair on a daily basis, especially the brain. So, the more you can detoxify yourself and relax and rest, the easier it is for your organs [and] your entire body to repair itself on daily basis.
