Price remains dependent on oxygen to help her breathe and this made it difficult for her to speak sometimes during the interview. When asked if Price is fully vaccinated, her attorney Monica Ewing declined to answer.
The singer said she is thankful that medical professionals resuscitated her, but she says she has a long, arduous road to complete recovery because of the destruction the virus caused in her body.
“I have what is called long COVID and I am facing a very uphill battle right now,” Price admits. “I suffered a lot of internal damage and so I have a lot of rehabbing to do before I am able to be concert-ready again.”
Price also notified her fan base on Instagram that she appreciates the love and concern they showed her.
