Hip hop’s next big couple might have just made its public debut.
Sitting in the club section at the Atlanta Hawks’ season-opener against the Dallas Mavericks on Oct. 21, 2021, were rapper Gunna and singer Chloe Bailey.
Bailey, 23, and Gunna, 28, are both Atlanta natives. Gunna also recently posted Bailey on his Instagram story.

The two artists sat courtside as the Hawks’ new announcer Big Tigger introduced Gunna. As soon as the pair hit the jumbotron in State Farm Arena, the social media posts and memes soon followed.

Bailey, whose “Have Mercy” single has spent five weeks on the Billboard 100, also stopped by Lil Nas X’s homecoming celebration on Oct. 20 in Atlanta.
On Oct. 21, the producer visited Spelman College to share wisdom and give “sisterly” advice to students. Gunna is coming off a week of performing “Love You More” with Young Thug and Nate Ruess on “Saturday Night Live.” The collaboration track is on Young Thug’s new album, Punk.
