How would define your personal brand?
As the creator of the phrase “sales enablement,” my brand relies on being a sales professional, motivator, teacher, communicator, and most importantly practitioner. Having held these positions successfully, I share content from the perspective of someone that has not only talked the talk, but walked in the shoes of each. That equates to a high level of credibility for these audiences.
What inspired you to write Sales Enablement 3.0?
I wanted to share that blueprint to success that didn’t exist when I began my career with those that are entering the sales enablement space and those looking to level up their skillset. My book is full of best practices, real life stories, and mistakes that I made along the way. The ultimate goal was to share how to navigate the twists and turns that ultimately lead to designing, deploying, measuring, and iterating on a world-class sales enablement organization.
