Nissan continues to make driving exciting while taking it to a whole new level. The 2022 Nissan Altima is a prime example of the brand’s standard for style, affordability, and innovation all wrapped up into one car.

Rolling out test drove the 2022 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR AWD mid-size sedan. The car’s performance and gas efficiency fulfill the number one requests from most consumers – fuel efficiency.

Nissan’s all-weather traction, which is part of the all-wheel drive system, features advanced independent front and rear suspension, with monotube rear shocks to improve vehicle response without impacting harshness. The advances in technology are noticeable while driving the Altima, which makes maneuvering fast-paced city roads more tolerable.

With reference to the Altima’s efficiency, Nissan has enhanced the driving enjoyment with the ProPILOT Assist2 system. ProPILOT Assist2 eases driver workload by reducing the frequency of driver acceleration, steering and braking input under certain driving conditions, such as single-lane highway driving. ProPILOT Assist is standard on the Altima SL and Platinum grades and optional on the SV.

The Altima’s performance is, powered by a 2.5-liter motor with horsepower. The engine offers improvements in noise reduction and vibration along with enhanced fuel economy and cleaner emissions.  The fuel economy is relatively good and drivers can expect to save a few bucks at the gas pump, while getting 25/35 MPG in the city and highway.

The Nissan Altima is among the brand’s popular sedans. We would be remiss not to mention this car’s sporty exterior. The Altima sleek sophisticated look is attractive to  all demographics – the college student, young professional, or the young family just starting out.  Nissan’s V-Motion grille enhanced by dark chrome finish, their LED headlights with signature Daytime Running Lights add to the flair of the 2022 Altima.

Inside the Altima, drivers and passengers experience a near-luxury feel in both design and materials.  Once behind the wheel, the driver cannot help but notice the NASA-inspired Zero Gravity seat design with dual-density foam. The new design has improved the holding and support for bodies in seats. Also available is an 8-way power driver’s seat with position memory.

Nissan’s selection of audio options includes a Bose® Premium Audio system with nine speakers, including a digital amplifier with eight channels of custom equalization. Active Noise Cancellation is available on SR models. Also available is Apple CarPlay® integration, Android Auto™ and   8.0-inch multi-touch color display. Every 2022 Altima comes equipped with a standard, Bluetooth® hands-free phone system, streaming audio via Bluetooth®, hands-free text messaging assistant, and Siri® eyes free voice recognition.

As Nissan continues to make driving exciting with the 2022 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR AWD Sedan, they also made the price appealing too.  The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price starts at $27,950. Our test driven model with added options came in at $31,490.

The 2022 Nissan Altima is a prime example of the brand’s continued efforts of bringing style, affordability, and innovation to you the consumer all wrapped up into one car.
