His father Lebron James also showed his excitement by re-posting the news to his Instagram account with a heartfelt message.
“Fight on. So d— proud of you kid. I have no words besides I love you @bronny. Let’s go. #GoTrojans,” LeBron shared.
Before he committed, Bronny was known as one of the top five point guards in the country. As a Sierra Canyon Blazer, he was ranked the No. 19 prospect in the “ESPN 100″ for the Class of 2023 and earned the McDonald’s All-American honors. He put up 15 points and four assists as well as five 3-pointers in the McDonald’s All-American Game.
Throughout Bronny’s high school career, there were a lot of discussions regarding which college team he would commit to after being rated as the No. 10 pick in ESPN‘s early 2024 NBA mock draft.
He will now join the preseason top-25 team alongside coach Andy Enfield who has been the US Trojan’s head coach since 2013.
Standing at 6-foot-3, Bronny is considered one of the best jump shooters in the class and will be a great addition to the team.
