Presented by Dove and the CROWN Coalition, on June 2, a number of prominent women were honored for their contributions to culture, community, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and the advancement of Black aesthetics. The annual CROWN Awards, hosted by Tai Beauchamp, brought out celebrities such as Tabitha Brown, Kym Whitley, and MC Lyte.
