Rapper turned politician shares Diddy and Biggie story at 2023 VMAs

Hip-hop artist turned politician Dupré Kelly, who was a member of the 1990s hip-hop trio Lords of the Underground and is currently a Newark, New Jersey city councilman, shares a story about Diddy and the Notorious B.I.G. on the red carpet of the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards in Newark.
