Multi-hyphenate entertainer and TV show host Nick Cannon threw some serious shade at his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian when he said she “wishes” she looked like Beyoncé.
Cannon, 43, who dated Kardashian, 43, briefly around the turn of the century, broached the touchy topic when a co-host of his morning radio program, “The Nick Cannon Show,” talked about how some fans believed that Beyoncé was trying to look like a White woman. The social media frenzy popped off after Queen Bey posed for spectacular photos at the premiere of her movie, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, in Beverly Hills this past weekend.
Several users went so far as to accuse Queen Bey of trying to emulate Kardashian because she flossed a resplendent silver sequined gown, straight platinum hair and silver earrings.
This was offensive to Cannon, who disagreed with the fans and demanded to see the photo of Bey at her premiere. If anything, Cannon believes the reality show queen is the one who wants to emulate the pop goddess, which has been heavily documented in the past decade.
“Kim Kardashian wanna look like Beyoncé,” Cannon blurted out loudly, adding, “She’s been looking the same since she was 16 … Kim Kardashian wishes she looked like that!”

Cannon then added semi-seriously: “You better not be talking about my Beyoncé on Beyoncé’s internet!”
