NBA YoungBoy has been opening up about his life in recent podcast appearances, and the latest story was about how old he was when started smoking.
On “The Bootleg Kev Podcast,” the host asked NBA YoungBoy how old he was when he started smoking cigarettes.
“I’ve been smoking cigarettes since I was 7 years old,” NBA YoungBoy said.
“My goddad, I think this n—- ran away from the Army,” NBA YoungBoy continued. “You know how you get a home pass, that motherf—– ran away to New Orleans because he didn’t want to go back. I guess during the time … he was at the house, I used to be watching that n—- smoking cigarettes. And every time he’d throw that b—- out, I’d go grab it.”
Bootleg Kev then recalled another story of when he was 7 years old and he picked up his dad’s cigarette and started throwing up after coughing so much.
But it may be that NBA YoungBoy wants to stop smoking because, at the end of the clip, he said “I just want to be better than yesterday.”
