Disney and Givenchy have teamed up on a new “Frozen” collection.
The studio has paired with the fashion brand to release a new capsule aimed at children to celebrate the beloved animated film — which features songs like “Let It Go” and “Do You Want To Build A Snowman?” — as Disney marks its 10th anniversary.
The collection for boys and girls alike features seven items inspired by Elsa and Olaf, with black, white and blue colors leading the way.
The clothing line won’t come cheap. The line — which is available globally from Givenchy’s website and select retailers — is priced from $249 to $1,529.
The pieces include an ice blue dress with Swarovski crystals making up the fashion brand’s 4G logo, with a mesh skirt and short snowflake-embroidered chain.
Also featured as black and white t-shirts baring a silhouette of Olaf the snowman and a blue t-shirt dress with Elsa on the front.
Shorts, pants, skirts, accessories and shoes make up the rest of the collection.
“Our latest collection with Givenchy is fun, fresh and celebrates our beloved characters from Disney’s Frozen, in honor of the film’s 10th anniversary,” Tasia Filippatos, president of Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing, said in a statement. “We work with global fashion partners to create unique and whimsical collections that are rooted in Disney storytelling and create something truly distinct in the market for families to enjoy.”
Frozen is among the highest-grossing animation movies ever, while in November Disney opened “World of Frozen” — its first themed land based on the film — at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
