Once again, Finesse2tymes appears to be living up to his name.
The Memphis rapper is now being accused of selling the same verse to different artists. Louisiana rapper TG Kommas went on Instagram and said Finesse2tymes used the same verse from the songs “Can’t Pay For It” and Fastmoney Ant’s “All I Want.”
TG Kommas’ song has 101,000 views, while Fastmoney Ant’s song has 282,000 views on YouTube, as of Jan. 20.
“I’m just making this video for all my fellow independent people in the rap game,” Kommas said, according to VIBE. “Do not spend your money wiith these b— a– n—-, man. Because they will do some flunky b—- a– s—, and then act like they so busy. You one verse having a– b—- a– n—-.”
Kommas said he eventually got a hold of Finesse2tymes about the situation and the Memphis rapper allegedly told him he would fix the situation. As time went on, however, the situation was not rectified.
“At first, I was like, ‘Maybe he was loaded and made a mistake and redid my s—,'” Kommas said. “No. You b— a— n—-, you wasn’t loaded. You changed one line on that b—.”
Finesse2tymes has over 1.1 million Instagram followers, while Kommas has fewer than 160,000 Instagram followers. Finesse2tymes was a member of the 2023 XXL Freshman list.
This past fall, Finesse2tymes announced two of his girlfriends were pregnant at the same time and in November, he broke up with one of the pregnant women.
“I’m focusing on @fng_shugga only,” he posted on his Instagram story, referring to the girlfriend he would remain with. “I don’t need two to three women any more. I got kids. That s— ain’t what’s up. And nah, this ain’t bout no babymama s—. All my BM’s know I take care of mine – here or not.”
