In the continuous volleying back and forth of accusations and insults, Darius Jackson’s brother Sarunas has now filed a restraining order against Keke Palmer and her mother claiming harassment and stalking.
In legal documents obtained by The Blast, Sarunas Jackson claims that the Akeelah and the Bee actress and her mother made false claims.
“She has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not,” he wrote in the filing. “I have never done such a thing. She has gone to the media & has used her celebrity to publicly lie on my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public.”
Jackson added that allegations made against him has led to “banging at our door from strangers” and death threats against him and his brother Darius.
“She has harassed and stalked my friends and family’s social media,” the filing alleges. “She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on me and my family. Has caused career damage.”
This request for a TRO comes about a month after Palmer successfully filed a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, who is also the father of their toddler. For the time being, Darius Jackson is ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer. She was also given full custody of the child temporarily until the judge rules on its possible permanence at the next court hearing.
Continuing with Sarunas Jackson’s filing, he writes the following:
“She has lied time and time again and has tried to lure people around me into her web of lies.” Sarunas wants the “True Jackson, VP” alum to stay at least “150 yards” away from him, his family, his home, and his workplace. He also wants the court to order Keke to not “speak publicly or privately about me or my family.”
Sarunas Jackson also claims Palmer’s mother has issued egregious threats against him and his brother, Darius Jackson.
“She [Sharon] has made threats to my family that involve shooting & rape. I have the audio my brother recorded to prove. She has publicly lied on me and my family, so we are now receiving death threats,” he reportedly wrote in the legal docs. “She threatened to put a bullet in my brother’s head and said to me and my family, ‘We don’t know who we are dealing with.’ She also threatened to have us raped.”
