R&B superstar Chris Brown will lose his home lest he coughs up more than a million dollars to reconcile a major debt.

City National Bank of Georgia filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County against Brown, claiming the “Take You Down” crooner has not honored his agreed commitment to a Popeyes franchise.

The judge agreed, demanding that Brown hand over $1.8 million to satisfy the debt, according to the court documents obtained by Hollywood Unlocked.

If Brown fails to pay the outstanding amount, he could be in real danger of losing his home, wages and large amounts from his bank account.

“This court may order that a writ of execution or other enforcement may issue. Your wages, money, and property could be taken without further warning from the court,” the filing reads.

Among Brown’s impressive real estate portfolio is the grandiose mansion he lives in within an exclusive community in Tarzana, California, about 25 miles northwest of Los Angeles between Hidden Hills and Beverly Hills.

The prized estate sits on 8,317 square feet of land and boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, marble floors, a fireplace, a chandelier and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular panoramic scenery of the surrounding hills. The kitchen is a culinary connoisseur’s delight with top-of-the-line appliances, a large island and plenty of copious space for designing delicious cuisine.
