Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are still going strong as a couple. They made an appearance together over the weekend at the 7th annual African-American Film Critics Special Achievement Awards Luncheon.
The two shared the red carpet, and a person asked them how they were doing.
“In love,” Majors said with a smile. “We’re doing good, thanks for asking.”
“We’re doing great. God’s good,” Good said.

This was Major’s second public interview since being found guilty of misdemeanor assault in the third degree and recklessly causing physical injury and harassment in the second degree in a case related to an alleged fight between his ex-girlfriend and him in March 2023.
Throughout the case, Good stood beside Majors, and she continues to support him. However, even though both smiled during their response on the red carpet, social media users are not so sure that Good is living her best life.
“He in love, she ain’t,” one Instagram user said.
“Something is strange to me, can’t put my finger on what though,” another user said.
“Idk … The facial expressions and body language are saying otherwise,” a third user said.

In Major’s first interview after being found guilty, he gave credit to Good for being by his side during court and referred to her as his Coretta Scott King.
“She’s an angel. She’s held me down like a Coretta,” Majors said. “I’m so blessed to have her. The relationship is still fresh, but, you know, I think I found her.”
Majors received backlash for those comments specifically from Bernice King, who went on X — formerly known as Twitter — to clear her mother’s name.
“My mother wasn’t a prop,” Bernice said. “She was a peace advocate before she met my father and was instrumental in him speaking out against the Vietnam War. Please understand … my mama was a force.”
