Tank makes a dramatic return from retirement, going on tour

The ‘Maybe I Deserve’ singer announced his retirement due to partial hearing loss in 2021

Tank couldn’t stay away after all.

After experiencing some loss of hearing and announcing his retirement with the release of 2022’s R&B Money album, the Milwaukee-born crooner is coming back to the stage with a multi-city tour in the works.


Fresh off the release on Friday, March 8, of his new Fabolous assisted single, “Before We Get Started,” Tank and Live Nation Urban formally announced plans for him to headline the upcoming R&B Money tour with Carl Thomas and Keri Hilson signed on in support.

Scheduled to hit 25 cities over a six-week span, the show will kick off in New Orleans on May 10 and hit major cities including Atlanta,Chicago, Houston, and New York before wrapping up in Las Vegas on June 23.


Since 2017 Tank has continued to grow his R&B Money brand with the record label, album name, tour, and his top rated podcast.
