Former NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas came clean this past weekend about how he liked Saucy Santana’s twerking skills more than the prolific queen of twerkers, Megan Thee Stallion.

The highly-controversial former superstar for the NBA’s Washington Wizards initially clowned fellow former NBA player Nick Young, aka “Swaggy P,” for befriending Santana since the rapper was unknown to Arenas and is also a proud gay man.

Gilbert Arenas jokes on Nick Young for befriending Saucy Santana

“Ah, hell! That’s yo dog! Hahaha!” Arenas exclaimed on his ‘Gil’s Arena’ podcast. “Hell no! Come on, man. This?!… That ain’t no rapper, stop it!”

Arenas then showed a video of Santana twerking and told Young that he “knows” Young “paid for that.”

Saucy Santana flames Gilbert Arenas for not knowing him

An incensed Saucy Santana fired back at Arenas with both barrels blazing. Santana peppered his clap back with a blizzard of profanities and insults for not knowing that he is a famous entertainer. Santana then advised Arenas to “tap in” and do his homework.

Gilbert Arenas changes his tune after getting scorched by Santana

The next day, Arenas and Young returned to the Santana subject singing a different tune about the rapper and expert twerker.

“I’m not gonna lie… If I had to rate between who’s better… him or Megan Thee Stallion, I don’t know who I’m gonna throw my dollars to, dog.” Arenas told Young. “A good show is a good show!”

Santana, in turn, softened his stance on Arenas, and even admits that he’s long held a crush on the ex-basketball star.

“WAIT- ayoooo, Gil! Lemme holla at u!!! I had a crush on you since I was kid. U my baby daddy…” the rapper wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
