It might seem difficult to imagine Charleston White being more outrageous than he has been in the past, yet here we are.

The Youtuber, online personality and community activist recently went on Instagram and began taunting Gillie Da Kid for losing his son, YNG Cheese. Cheese was 25 years old at the time of the tragedy when he died last July. After taunting Gillie, White then calls his son on Instagram Live.

“Haha, say, Gillie!” White said. “Wouldn’t you just want to hear your son’s voice just one more time?”

Gillie and White’s back-and-forth has gone on for years now, with the central point of their differences being Gillie’s not liking “snitching,” which White advocates for.

“If it was a n—- like me out there, you would’ve had justice,” White said. “Because there’s a n—- like you out there, your family’s suffering with no justice. No snitching, remember?”

The latest war of words from White came after Gillie’s direct message about White leaked online.

“Dat n—- a rat, p—- and a coward,” Gillie’s alleged message read. “Nothing against you, but how do you know him? He was a nobody in his 20s and 30s, get to be 40-something, and disrespecting n—- that’s known. That’s the only reason you’ve ever heard of this b—- a– n—.”

White has established in multiple interviews that he began his career as a community advocate. He fought for the rights of many people who were unfairly targeted in the justice system and tried his best to mentor kids in the community. He said his efforts often went overlooked for years, so he developed a boisterous character that would get Black people’s attention, similar to rappers.
