Snoop Dogg is awake and active.

On April 20, the rap legend posted a video of himself asking his nearly 87 million Instagram followers if they knew what happened.

“They did what?” Dogg asked, with a confused look on his face.

The “what” and the “they” Dogg refers to is Drake dropping “Taylor Made Freestyle,” another diss track to Kendrick Lamar using AI verses from Tupac and Snoop Dogg.

Drake’s use of AI comes after a week of diss track responses from Drake and Lamar surfacing online, only to be confirmed to be AI-generated and not real.

Meanwhile, in Dogg’s video, he panned to the logo on his jacket, which was Death Row Records, the label he now owns and the label 2Pac was signed to as an artist.

“Y’all have a good night,” Dogg said after panning the camera to the logo. “And to all-”

The West Coast rap legend then enjoyed a laugh.

“Why everybody calling my phone?” Dogg asked. “Blowing me up? What the f—? What happened? What’s going on?

“I’m going back to bed. Good night.”

Dogg then smiled at the camera before ending the video. The caption of the post had no words, only emojis. The emojis were a shrugging man, a microphone, eyes looking, a laughing emoji, a clock and a robot.

  1. When a man, becomes a man, he puts away bullshit that makes you look like a child, don’t have a problem with drake,Kendrick, or JC, and definitely not Snoop so what the fuck put this shit to bed fellows, and just make good music like what got you here in the 1st place, or just join UFC and handle yall’s beef lol

  2. Too many people who don’t know anything about hip hop and rap have ish to say. Can they be seated in the hallway??? As if no one knows Drake is big on battle rap culture. “Just go make good music” as if he ain’t making good music with every drop.

  3. Drake or drake’s team was pretty damn clever for that one.Being a rapper myself and putting myself in k-dot’s shoes as soon as I realized what was going on all I can do is smile my honest opinion is Kendrick should reach out to Drake with these three words#YOU GOT ME!
