Simone Biles, the most decorated gymnast in American history, lashed out at reporters during the Olympics in Paris over the weekend.

Biles had just captured yet another gold medal in the vault routine on Saturday, Aug. 3. This goes along with the gold medals that she earned in the team finals and the all-around events earlier in Paris Olympics.

Biles then took to her account on X, formerly Twitter, to vent at the line of questioning she always gets after capturing the top prizes at the Olympics.

“You guys really gotta stop asking athletes ‘what’s next’ when they win a medal at the Olympics,” she barked at reporters.

Biles, added that she and fellow athletes want to bask in the moment instead of being peppered with unimaginative and repetitive inquiries before they can even take the medal stand.

“Let us soak up the moment we’ve worked our whole lives for,” Biles said in a second post aimed at the international contingency of media members.

Right on cue, a fan had the temerity to query Biles on what she will do next after earning another gold.

Biles retorted, “babysitting the medal.’

Biles is now going to babysit an astounding seven gold medals that she had earned in her auspicious career after winning in front of a star-studded crowd. Retired gold medal track star Allyson Felix, rappers Pharrell and Flavor Flav, actor John Travolta, Biles’ parents and her teammates were in attendance to watch her amazing feats.
