Elizabeth Millner of Law & Crime Network was present when Diddy appeared in court on Dec. 18 for a discovery hearing. She claimed that Diddy has experienced significant bodily changes, which led to some intriguing observations regarding his appearance. Rolling out reported her claims last week that Diddy appeared to have become grayer and lost weight after his imprisonment in September, which got the internet wondering why Diddy could lose so much weight in three months. It seems like we have a legit theory now.
In a new episode of DailyMail.com‘s “The Trial of Diddy” podcast, prison expert Larry Levine provided those listening with another possible explanation for the mogul’s apparent weight loss: Diddy could allegedly be refusing to eat out of fear of being poisoned.
“People want to kill him,” Levine alleged. “What if someone on the outside has a connection inside the prison? They could contaminate his food, poisoning him over time.”
This is unconfirmed, though this is not the first time Levine has shared this theory. Just weeks after Diddy’s arrest, he told “News Nation” something similar.
“If somebody got to one of the correctional officers,” he said of the possibility of someone allegedly tampering with Diddy’s food, “This could happen. They don’t make a lot of money, and there’s people out there that he’s got stuff on that do have a lot of money.”
Diddy was arrested for charges relating to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is expected to begin in May 2025.
A lawyer for several of Diddy’s accusers recently made a pointed reference to him during trial. Diddy, founder of Bad Boy, is presently incarcerated on several counts of alleged racketeering and sex trafficking. Additionally, he has been sued by multiple people for claims of sexual assault and violence. Over the weekend, three more men most recently came forward and claimed that the mogul had drugged and sodomized them.
Thomas Giuffra, who is the man’s lawyer, spoke with CNN on Dec. 23 about the case. He compared Diddy to one of the biggest predators in American history. He also pointed out that suspected abusers, like notorious former Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, frequently exhibit similar tendencies. Arthur Aidala, Weinstein’s lawyer, quickly retorted, saying that there is no similarity between his and Diddy’s accusations.
