Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex Kat Pasion has alleged he forced her into a nonconsensual sexual act and threatened her. These allegations add to a growing list of legal challenges facing the music mogul in recent months.

She made the claim against the rapper – who has been languishing in a New York jail since September on federal charges including sex trafficking – during ‘The Fall of Diddy‘, an upcoming documentary series by Investigation Discovery. The series is expected to feature testimonies from multiple individuals connected to Combs.

Combs, 55, has denied all allegations against him as he continues to be hit with fresh accusations of abuse. His legal team has maintained his innocence throughout the ongoing investigations.

Kat, who first met the Bad Boy Records founder in 2013 and dated him briefly from 2018 to 2019 after his split from Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura, said she saw warning signs of his alleged dark side throughout their relationship. Their initial meeting occurred at a music industry event in Los Angeles.

She claimed during one argument in 2018, Combs put his arm around her neck. Kat said she told her: “Don’t you f****** dare because I’ll call the police.” The incident allegedly took place at one of Combs’ properties.

She added Combs also made unsettling comments, including during their viewing of a documentary about R. Kelly. The viewing occurred at his Miami residence, according to sources familiar with the situation.

“There’s a little bit of R. Kelly in all of us,” Kat said he told her. This statement allegedly came during a period when R. Kelly was facing his own legal troubles.

She also claimed after their 2019 breakup Combs told her: “You don’t want to end up like my ex Cassie” – which she took as a threat. Cassie has since filed her own lawsuit against Combs with similar allegations.

In 2021, Kat said she visited Combs at his Malibu home, where she alleged an assault occurred. The property, valued at over $40 million, has been the subject of multiple investigations.

“It wasn’t consensual. The person who came out of that bathroom and woke me up was someone that… I didn’t even recognise him,” she said. The alleged incident occurred during what was supposed to be a casual meeting.

Kat added he felt “numb” after the alleged assault and suppressed the experience. Mental health experts note that such responses are common among trauma survivors.

“You feel so small and insignificant because this person has so much power and resources,” she said. Combs’ estimated net worth at the time exceeded $900 million.

Kat also alleged that Combs later threatened her by telling her: “I can call the embassy and get you deported back to Canada.” Immigration experts note that such threats are often used as tools of coercion against vulnerable individuals.

A representative for Combs said about the allegations: “Mr Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt… he has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: the accusations against Mr. Combs are pure fiction.” The statement was released through his legal team.

‘The Fall of Diddy’ airs on 27 January, and Combs’ trial begins on 5 May in New York. The documentary is expected to draw significant attention to the music industry’s handling of abuse allegations.

These new allegations come amid increased scrutiny of powerful figures in the entertainment industry, with multiple high-profile cases bringing attention to issues of abuse and misconduct. Legal experts suggest that such cases often encourage other victims to come forward with their experiences.

The upcoming trial is expected to address multiple allegations spanning several years, with prosecutors preparing extensive evidence and witness testimony. The case has drawn attention from both entertainment and legal observers, highlighting the intersection of celebrity influence and accountability.
