Michelle R. Thomas, JPMorgan Chase’s vice president of corporate responsibility and community relations has spent more than a decade managing a multimillion dollar corporate giving budget for the Dallas and Austin, Texas, markets.
According to the 20-year financial industry veteran, “Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to learning,” are just a few keys to her success.
Thomas, who earned a bachelor of science in business education from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University, in addition, to a teaching certification from the State of Texas and Oklahoma, is an active volunteer. She serves as an advisory board member for the Center for Nonprofit Management, Board of Directors for the African American Museum, Vogel Alcove and UT Southwestern Medical Foundation.
