Chaka Zulu's son charged in Morehouse College shooting

Chaka Zulu stands as one of the top moguls in music. But the co-founder of Disturbing Tha Peace and Ludacris’ manager, has to deal with a serious issue that hits too close to home.

According to reports, Zulu’s son, Amir T. Obafemi, 21, was the gunman who shot Morehouse College student Cornelius Savage on Feb. 1. The two argued after a basketball game got out of hand.

Furthermore, Obafemi missed a court hearing on Feb. 6 where he was to plead guilty  and get charges dropped for selling marijuana at Douglas County High School. He’s still in jail due to the shooting that occurred last Friday.

Zulu or reps from DTP have yet to issue a statement regarding the issue.
