Celebrity real estate: David and Victoria Beckham selling Hertfordshire mansion

sawbridge585_jpg

David and Victoria Beckham purchased their 1930s style Hertfordshire mansion in 1999 after they married. Their $2.5 million investment was turned into the $10 million family home dubbed “Beckingham Palace.” The mansion sits on 22acres of land and includes a swimming pool, recording studio, a gym and tennis courts. After 14 years, the family has decided to sell the property but are being very choosy about the potential buyers as they do not want their beloved home sold to any developer who may try to cash in on their names.
