The Tyler Perry love fest continues with this big screen adaptation of his stage play about the trials and tribulations of marriage. Four married couples go on a retreat, and a young wife suddenly discovers that her husband has been having an affair. After the wreckage of their relationship clears, the newly single woman decides to hook up with a man who has always admired her from afar. This time around, Perry’s product features some big names: Michael Jai White, Janet Jackson, Jill Scott, and to add a little spice, Perry himself. Perry rolls like a big fella with this entertaining flick by starring in the film that he also wrote and directed. –forrest green III
