It’s no surprise that exercise and weight loss go hand in hand. So, do yourself a favor and start an exercise regimen — you’ll kill two birds with one stone. If nothing else, walk a few blocks every day.
Eat More High Fiber Foods. Everyone knows that eating nutritious food is essential to good health. But high fiber foods help the digestive tract as well as reduce the risk of heart disease. Include more fruit and vegetables in your diet. Also, eat oatmeal for breakfast several times a week and use whole grain bread for sandwiches as often as possible. keep your heart healthy

Manage Stress. Stress can have an effect on not only your mind, but your body as well. Learning to reduce stress can leave your mind at ease and your body feeling refreshed. Find activities that both engage and ease your mind, like word puzzles, leisurely walks or meditation.
