Last Thursday at the Woodruff Mansion in Atlanta, thirty of Atlanta’s most influential came together for the Hennessy Prestige Range tasting and dinner. The private dinner was hosted by special guest Maurice Hennessy, a direct descendant of the founder of the Hennessy company, and curated by celebrity Chef Jason Ellis from FOX’s “Hell’s Kitchen” (Season 7).
Guests, including Cumulus Media’s Jon Pinch, Stivers Row’s Jason Geter, Atlanta SilverBacks player Rodrigo Rios and rolling out’s Christa Jackson, reveled in fine dining infused with Hennessy Cognac. Chef Ellis presented his signature dished of lobster and chocolate, seared tenderloin steak and salmon with a Hennessy cognac glaze and Hennessy Cognac gel-injected strawberries.
After dinner, Maurice Hennessy guided the guests through a one-of-a-kind Hennessy tasting experience as the guests heard the history of each mark and then tasted Hennessy XO, Hennessy Paradis and the top-mark Hennessy Richard.
