After serving several years in prison, Da Brat is looking to resume her rap career. She released a freestyle over the instrumental of Chris Brown’s “Look At Me Know” that became a viral sensation and she’s reportedly recording in the studio with Jermaine Dupri.
Da Brat recently shed her ruffian image and got dolled up for a sexy cover shoot with Vibe magazine.
“I’m such a lady,” Da Brat said in an interview conducted by Vibe.com. “I loved to get glammed up. I love manis and pedis. I like to go to Vicky Secrets and La Perla because I like lace and bikinis. I’m such a P.Y.T. (pretty young thug).”
Da Brat released a mixtape titled Life After Death, and will release another mixtape before preparing for her next album. –a.r.
