Master P Served Civil Lawsuit
Though hip-hop mogul Master P wasn’t facing any liens from the IRS this year, he was facing a lawsuit from some of his former employees. A group of crew members from his 2003 film, Uncle P, sued Master for $240,000 in unpaid wages after the rapper failed to pay them in 2005 after they successfully sued him in 2005. The group is now trying to push Master P into foreclosure.
