Susan Rice is no stranger to public policy. The permanent ambassador to the United Nations and Stanford graduate is also a Rhodes scholar. After attending the University of Oxford in Oxfordshire, England where she earned her M.Phil and D.Phil in international relations, she worked for then-Secretary of State, Madeline Albright for the Clinton administration. After serving as the senior fellow in foreign policy for the Brookings Institute, Rice was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as ambassador for the Obama administration.
