All the tributes are judged in a private session with the Gamemakers – who ignore Katniss when she appears before them to instead focus on a roasted pig. “I’m being upstaged by a dead pig,” Katniss fumes, before shooting an arrow at the apple in the pig’s mouth, pinning it to the wall and terrifying the Gamemakers.
