Jay-Z
According to Forbes, Jay-Z is hip-hop’s biggest earner, thanks in large part to his other business ventures. Jay-Z has founded a clothing label (Rocawear), opened a New York nightclub (40/40 Club), written a memoir (Decoded), and purchased a stake in the New Jersey Nets. On the less flashy side, Mr. Carter also has holdings in Budweiser and AEG, one of the biggest entertainment consortiums in the country.
