Loitering:
If you’re like me, you have darn near run out of gas on occasion trying to avoid the usual suspect of gas stations that some men turn into their outdoor living rooms. It’s as if the wall will come collapsing down lest they are there to lean against it.
Others use these pieces of real estate to hawk everything from bootleg videos, CDs, clothes, hot computer equipment and DVDs and ask (demand) for change. Same goes for liquor stores, corner stores and ghetto grocery stores.
