The Abbey, where Elizabeth Taylor use to sneak in through the side door, is a large bar complex with indoor and outdoor areas – and, probably the most candles in bar I’ve ever seen. The boys and girls can be seen in the busy outdoor patio or chill in front of one of the fireplaces or in the comfy couch booths in the back while sipping expensive mixed drinks. The Abbey was recently named the #1 gay bar in the world by Logo.

Converted from an old bank building, ELEVEN is huge, fashionably renovated lounge in West Hollywood. The crowd is mixed gay/straight with an ever-changing calendar of weekly events, the mainstay being Fresh Fridays.
