Chad Johnson, Evelyn Lozada's 911 Call Released

Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada have been plastered all over the news following Johnson’s alleged domestic assault involving his new wife. And now police have released the 911 call from their dispute on Aug. 11.

In the phone call, which lasts about four and a half minutes, listeners can hear Johnson’s neighbor calmly explain to the 911 dispatcher that Lozada is at his home following “a little domestic dispute” that occurred about 30 minutes before.

The neighbor asks that police be dispatched to his home for fear that Johnson might come by his house and stir up more trouble.

“I don’t want the police to come with their lights on, but I just want them to come until everybody calms down,” the neighbor said.

The neighbor then describes Lozada’s injuries, saying, “She has a nice cut on the forehead that I believe is going to need stitches.”

The neighbor finally repeats his request to have police come by, but asks that authorities keep the incident out of the media because of Johnson’s high-profile image.

“He’s a very high profile person so we’d like to keep this as quiet as possible,” he said. “If you could let the police know, because we don’t need the news here.”

Clearly, that request wasn’t honored as Johnson was taken into custody that night and the story was spread across the media the next day. Johnson has subsequently been dropped by the Miami Dolphins because of his arrest.

Well, Johnson and Lozada certainly aren’t the first stars to be in distress. Check out some other famous 911 calls below. – nicholas robinson
