A mother in South Carolina could face jail time after a video was released of her encouraging her toddler to smoke marijuana. In the viral video, the woman, who appears to be in her 20s, places the joint to the mouth of the baby several times. Once the child appears intoxicated, the mother, and another woman who is filming the act, laughs and also smokes the drug.
The mother continues to place the joint at the lips of the toddler, but the baby turns away. But once the baby turns back around, the mother blows marijuana smoke in the face of the child.
