6. Texas City, Texas: “People cannot vote in Texas City. We are hearing that this is a widespread problem throughout Galveston County (a suburb of Houston).

7. Atlanta: West Oakland Baptist Church, 200 people in line (and) one machine down.


8. Richland County, S.C.: Three machines down at the Kaufman Road precinct.

9. Richland County, S.C.: Richland County Jewish Center, two machines down. And in another part of the county, Smukler reports, a voting poll place is not open. “People are banging on the doors. There are people in line. The place is not open and people were left with no information.”


10. Cleveland: Bent Baptist Church — machines are down.

11. Cleveland: Glenville Road preceint — “Machines are down and paper ballots are being used,” Smukler reports.

12. Euclid, Ohio (suburban Cleveland) — Indian Hills voting site, the “scanners are down.”

13. Miami County, Ohio: Smukler reports that “177,000 people did not receive absentee ballots. The election workers called them last night and told them that in order to vote, they had to come in person.”
