Michael Phelps
We saw the most successful Olympian of all time getting it in while in the swimming pool. Then we saw him get it in with a bong at a college party and got ratted out by one of his “friends.” Since the story erupted, Phelps has given a few interviews decrying his “bad judgment,” promising it was a dumb mistake that never happened before and won’t happen again. But we know that Phelps is probably getting high as you read this.
