I know that the man who used to be called “Barry” has wanted to take a pull from a big blunt these past four years as Republicans did everything they could to block all of his ideas and then disrespected him in the process.

But the most open about being a pothead was Obama, who admitted it extensively in his book, Dreams of My Father, and in a 2007 interview stated “When I was a kid I inhaled frequently. That was the point.”
