Choosing Mitt Romney as the Presidential Candidate
Mitt Romney was the Republican Party’s best choice, but it was a bad choice. Romney was unprepared to be a political leader. He never held solid positions and often changed his stance on a number of issues. The Republican Party bet on a man based on the premise that voters would simply go against President Obama on election night. Based on facts, he was never a formidable opponent for the president.
