In Evanston, Ill., police suspect that the murder of 19-year-old Justin Murray was gang-related. Murray was walking near his alma mater, Evanston Township High School, when he was shot to death. What’s troubling is that police have not confirmed that Murray was a gang member.
Two months ago, Evanston was rocked by the murder of Dajae Coleman, who was gunned down while walking home from a party.
