Black attorney gives up his L.A. home to homeless mother of 4

Los Angeles attorney Tony Tolbert, 51, has agreed to allow Felicia Dukes and her four children to live in his home, rent-free for a year.

With their being 52 weeks in year, he’s surely exceeded Ann Curry’s “26 Acts of Kindness” movement challenge.

“You don’t have to be Bill Gates or Warren Buffet or Oprah,” Tolbert told CBS News. “We can do it wherever we are, with whatever we have, and for me, I have a home that I can make available.”
