Killed: Jeffrey Dampier
Dampier won $20 million in the Illinois Lottery in 1986.
In July, 2005, Dampier’s sister-in-law (and secret lover), Victoria Jackson and her boyfriend, Nathaniel Jackson (not related), kidnapped the millionaire and shot him once in the back of the head. He died instantly. The Jacksons are each serving a life sentence for the crime.
