3. Greg Hinton, Chief Diversity Officer, Democratic National Committee
The Democratic National Committee hired former for US Cellular executive Greg Hinton as its first-ever chief diversity officer in October 2011. His role is to oversee diversity in hiring, contracting and procurement at the three major Democratic political committees, including the DNC, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Convention Committee. Hinton is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
