These are some of the people who witnessed the Jan. 21, 2013, swearing in of President Barack Obama for his second term. Many of them did not attend Obama’s first inauguration four years ago, and said they were not going to miss a second chance to witness history. They traveled from across the the country and abroad, including from Atlanta, New York, Minnesota, San Diego, Chicago, Miami, Louisiana, Alabama and Canada.
