Kelly Rowland and other celebs in on the pinup girl trend
A pinup girl or pinup model is one whose pictures were mass-produced in the ’50s and were “pinned up” on walls. Particularly popular during World War II, pinup girls flaunted their whittled waists and ample bosoms in figure-hugging garb and lingerie. Most recently we saw Kelly Rowland pick up on the pin–up girl style for her “Kisses Down Low” music. In it we see the sexy songstress sitting on a swing, wearing a clingy blue bathing suit and a retro hairstyle.

In addition to Rowland, several actresses and singers have posed as pinup girls, much to the delight of their male fans.
