Chris Brown‘s 3,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms and 3.5-baths. The home is simply staged and decorated (unlike Kanye’s bachelor pad). Floor-to-ceiling windows capture city views of Sunset and Santa Monica boulevards. The open floor plan has a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and bamboo wood floors throughout the condo. Brown has been trying to sell the condo since 2011 when neighbors kept complaining about him, calling him a “hard-partying homeowner who broke all the rules and didn’t have any regard for his neighbors.” Brown was accused of racing his dogs down the hallway, blasting music at all hours of the day, partying constantly and being blatantly disrespectful to neighbors. He has reduced the asking price twice on the condo. It is unclear if he still owns the property but he has moved out.
