Gays and lesbians may not be able to marry in every state, yet, but that hasn’t stopped many of them from starting families and thriving in the face of adversity. And though some may not approve of households with parents of the same sex — or even households with just one parent who happens to like the same sex, these celebrity moms are battling against the stigma and oppression by simply being the best moms they can be.
